The health and temperament of this Puppy / Dog is excellent to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale.
The required vaccinations are as indicated on the health record. We require the Buyer to have the dog/puppy
examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 3 days after sale of the dog/puppy. .
Puppy must be given ALL follow up vaccinations and proper heart worm and
preventative meds as necessary for proper health care of the puppy/dog.
Browning Haus has a “2 Year ” Nose to Tail “ guarantee for all genetic problems that would prevent the
puppy from living a normal and healthy life. money back guarantee or a puppy of equal value at the
time of purchase, Browning's choice.
We reserve the right to request that any x-ray be taken by a board certified Veterinary radiologist.
In the event, buyer is unable to keep the puppy/dog for any reason he/she agrees to give
Browning Haus German Shepherds the first option to take the puppy/dog back.
